- 2. Data-Driven Research: We perform a Market Audit to ground your strategy in concrete competitive analysis.
- 3. Blueprint Delivery: You receive the comprehensive Brand Strategy Blueprint, which includes:
- The Brand Architecture Model: How your products, services, and sub-brands should logically relate to your parent company.
- Strategic Brand Platform: Defining your Purpose, Values, Positioning Statement, and consistent Tone of Voice.
- Visual Strategy & Repositioning Guidelines: The strategic framework and Core Creative Direction required for future visual and messaging execution.
- Execution Roadmap: A prioritized list of next steps for implementing the Brand Strategy.
Phase 3: Visual & Messaging Implementation (4–8 Weeks)
Known internally as “The Cure,” this is the high-ticket phase where we transform the strategy developed in Phase 2 into tangible, market-ready assets.
- Execution of Repositioning: We execute the visual repositioning of your brand, ensuring all creative outputs are directly aligned with the Brand Strategy Blueprint.1
Phase 4: Ongoing Brand Direction
This long-term partnership ensures your brand maintains its strategic integrity as your business evolves.
- Fractional Brand Direction: We act as your Outsourced Creative Director, providing oversight to ensure consistent marketing alignment and adapting visual assets as needed.This is typically a minimum commitment of 6 to 12 months.
